Samantha is the junior associate at Bader Law, with a dynamic and wide-ranging practice, including corporate, commercial, privacy, employment and wills and estates law. Samantha has knowledge and experience in all the firms practice areas, and is dedicated to building strong client relationships and addressing any challenge our clients may be confronted with.
Samantha completed her LLB at the University of Kent in Canterbury, UK. During her time in law school, Samantha competed in the 2018 Senior Internal Evidence Moot, in the Canadian Law Annual Negotiation, judged various moot competitions, and was active in her role as Vice President of the Canadian Law Society. Samantha was a member of the Junior Editorial Board at the Kent Student Law Review, volunteered for the Kent Law Clinic, assisting solicitors in a broad range of pro-bono legal services, and volunteered with Canterbury Homeless Outreach, distributing meals donated by local businesses.
After law school, Samantha was employed by Nicholas Bader’s firm as a legal assistant while completing her Accreditation exams. She subsequently completed her articles with Nicholas, before joining Bader Law as an Associate upon her call to the Bar of Ontario in 2020.
Samantha graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2016 with a Bachelor of Social Science, majoring in Criminology with a minor in Law. She has previously volunteered with Pro Bono Ontario at the Superior Court of Justice in Toronto, aiding access to justice in various civil matters. Samantha is a member of the Peel Law Association.
Samantha is an outgoing and sociable personality, having enjoyed several years in the hospitality industry both prior to and throughout her pursuit of law. In her spare time, Samantha enjoys yoga, exploring the outdoors and reading.
