Brandon O’Riordan is the Vice President of Bader Law. Brandon graduated with a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2009 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2010.
Brandon practices primarily in the areas of employment law and corporate/commercial law. He provides advice and representation to many small and medium-size businesses across the GTA, assisting them with everything from mergers/acquisitions to leasing to employment policies. He also frequently represents employers and employees in wrongful dismissal lawsuits and human rights complaints.
Brandon also serves on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Training Institute, a non-profit organization that runs training and counselling programs for community members dealing with family violence, mental or physical disabilities, and reintegration following incarceration. He lives with his wife and children in Hamilton.
