Garnik is an Associate Lawyer at Bader Law.
Garnik completed his JD at Bond University in Queensland Australia, and is licensed to practice law in both Australia and in Canada. He completed his articling with Virgin Australia Airlines and with International Aerospace Law & Policy Group.
Garnik began practicing law in Brisbane, Australia, representing clients before various tribunals and state courts, including Magistrates Court, District Court, and Supreme Court of Queensland. Garnik has also represented clients before the Federal Court of Australia.
Among Garnik’s practice experience, he has represented clients in areas of corporate, commercial, employment, wills and estates, personal injury, criminal, immigration, and aerospace law.
Garnik has also volunteered with various Pro Bono services – mainly the Gold Coast Community Legal Centre, Legal Aid Queensland, and various Bond University Legal Clinics.
In his spare time, Garnik is an avid fan and participant of various forms of mixed martial arts. Garnik is also fluent (both written and spoken) in Armenian and Russian.
