Pamela Grudzien is a Corporate Law Clerk at Bader Law and has worked alongside Nicholas Bader since 2013. Pamela assists with a full range of comprehensive corporate/commercial services including incorporations (in Ontario and across Canada), amalgamations, amendments, dissolutions, asset/share purchase transactions, tax-driven restructurings and ongoing maintenance of corporate records. Pamela also has experience in managing and co-ordinating due diligence materials for transactions, as well as conducting corporate and security searches across Canada.
Pamela obtained her B.A. (Honours) from York University in 2009 and completed the Associate Program Certificate, Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario in 2016.
Pamela continues to learn and grow in her field and takes great pride in the quality of legal services that the firm provides.
